All orders are shipped within 3 business days and will arrive within 4-6 business days based on location. Please make sure we have the correct address for shipping, and type any special instructions or comments on your order. To track your package, please follow the link in your conformation email.
We fully guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects, and will accept any defective items for full refund or exchange. In all cases of defective items, refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. We are able to refund shipping and handling charges only in the case of manufacturer defects.
NOTE: Returns must be sent with tracking. This will ensure a tracking number for a lost or delayed package in order to verify exchanges.
